Required documents and application procedures differ depending on the child's eligibility category. For this reason, please confirm the eligibility category for each child here before starting the application.

Document designating the heirs (a statement that the parties who will inherit the right to receive 018 Support Benefit have been discussed and decided, and the names and seals of all heirs are affixed)

Q6. 【Confirmation of duration of residence in Tokyo】
Please select the applicable period of Eligible Person's (child's) residence in Tokyo from April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 from the following list.
*The period of residence in Tokyo to be eligible for the payment will be confirmed based on the situation as of the first day of each month. If a child is born or moves to Tokyo or moves out of Tokyo during FY2023, the child will receive 5,000 yen x the number of months he/she resides in Tokyo.
*If you do not plan to move out on an undetermined date, please register as if you do not plan to move out.
※If you do not report the (expected) date of your move out, and in fact you have moved out, you will be required to return the benefits for the period you did not reside in Tokyo.

Eligible Person (child) must have lived in Tokyo on or before April 1, 2023 and have no plans to move out of Tokyo between April 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024.

Eligible Person (child) was born in Tokyo on or after April 2, 2023.

Eligible Person (child) moved into the Tokyo on or after April 2, 2023.

Eligible Person (child) moved out of Tokyo on or after April 2, 2023.

Eligible Person (child) plans to move out of the metropolitan area on or after the date of the requestor's request and between April 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024.
